TP’s famous Jambalaya recipe

You asked for it and we deliver!  We are publishing our secret Jambalya recipe.  Enjoy!
TP’s famous Jambalaya recipe 
1 bell pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 green onions, sliced thin
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp granulated garlic (or 2 cloves fresh, minced)
½ tsp seasoning salt
1/8 tsp onion powder
1 T dry parsley flakes
2 slices bacon, diced and browned
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1 inch pieces
8 oz sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 cup rice
2 cups hot chicken stock
Make a roux with 2 T butter and 2 T flour.  Cook over med heat, stirring until light brown in color.  Be careful not to burn! Add seasonings.  Saute veggies in a little olive oil until soft.  Sear chicken in bacon grease, season with garlic and a little cayenne pepper. Combine all in a baking dish, cover and cook for 1 hour at 350.
