Independence. The individual camper selects his own program from an unusual variety of featured activities. Guidance. The instructional emphasis in selected activities is designed to build skills, inspire new interests and promote achievement of personal goals. Security. Camp is a sheltered community - a "home away from home". The variety of shared experiences with friends and positive adult mentors build unity and strong friendships. The campers call it FUN! Camp Woodland for girls is a separate sister camp of Towering Pines. Located two miles apart, both retain their individual character. However, your son will benefit from the talents of the combined staff and resources of both camps. The same travel dates and ease in visiting makes the camps ideal for brothers and sisters. |
